Roy, You are not in Kansas anymore!

After UNC's terrible, pathetic, uninspired, unprepared and embarrassing performance in the Final Four, I probably would have gotten out of town faster than Benny Hinn at a Theology debate.
But not Roy, he stayed and socialized with his former team. Not just his former team but a team that just whipped and out coached him.

Now don't get me wrong I love UNC and Ol Roy more than almost anyone, but this is just in bad taste. And that sticker, I just don't want to talk about it.

What do you think? Let me know.

I am really disappointed in UNC's performance and Roy Williams coaching. Roy Williams' Kansas decal is equivalent to Wade Philps wearing a New York Gaints shirt to the NFC championship game after they beat Dallas. I bet you want see that happen. If he every wears anything with Duke on it he should be fired on the spot. Who pays his salary? He should have at least had something with Carolina on it.

Sometimes we just see things differently. When I was growing up I attended alot of different schools in the same area.
At one game we were playing another
school that I had previously attended. I had a lot of friends(from the other team)that I had not seen in sometime at the game, so being unaware of what I was doing: I went over and talked with my friends and even watched part of the game with them. When I walked into the class room the next day a group of my peers at the current school started singing a song that to this day (decades later) still rings in my head. They considered it as being a traitor. I considered it seeing my friends. It never occured to me that I was crossing some invisable line. So, I will give him this one.
As we know we all mess up sometimes. He did get to the final four!!!!

It was WRONG! I understand the ties to Kansas. If he had been beaten by Memphis, maybe that would make it better. BUT he sit on the bench looking as lost as his team. Looks like he started pulling for Kansas before he arrived in San Antonio. I hope some big time, big money giving alumni let him know how WRONG that was.

Like Hope Sharpe, I was very disappointed in the Tarheel's performance and Roy Williams coaching, or lack of. I would just like to know what happened?? Were they just not prepared?? I think Roy should have called a time out in the first half when Kansas had their run and shut it down!! He should have really motivated the players and questioned the ref's a little more. He just wasn't in the game and I think the team knew and felt it. I know, Dean's rule is to save your time outs but I really think that would have helped. Maybe they should have just called me, I would have loved to talk to them. Maybe I should be an assistant coach next year, that could be my spirtual gift and I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I just don't know. I would even do it for free, that's just how I am. I just love the tarheels.
About Roy's attire at the championship game. He should have had on something UNC for sure. I still love Roy and think he is a great coach. I would choose him over anyone especially coach K "the weasel". I think he could be the beast or the anti-Christ. He just scares me.
I guess we UNC fans are just a little greedy this year. UNC is by far the greatest team, the ACC and regular season champions.
I am just in withdrawls and was not prepared for it to be over so soon............

You Carolina fans are all alike. When things don't go your way, you start to whinn. Truth is Carolina is NOT THE BEST TEAM in the NCAA and hasn't been all year. Roy will jump any ship for more Money.
No 50 better stay @ Carolina, (flopper isn't ready for NBA- He can't play defense !!!!! Proven in the Kansas game. Hope they get it together, Duke will be waiting !!!
